I was furloughed as a head chef in a South London restaurant. I came to the realisation I was actually getting paid to do nothing and was never going to get this sort of opportunity again...

Noughts and Croquettes was born. After doing more research I was convinced that this was the way forward... To sell high-quality, bechamel-based croquettes with unique flavours inspired by cuisines around the world. After speaking with Josh, my close friend and now business partner, he saw the vision as well and how the people of UK are missing out on such a tasty snack. We started trading as soon as we were allowed to gather as much information about the product and what people actually want from a tasty snack...

 

2021 - Now

After months of test-trading, we kept coming to the same conclusion... That this a great snack to have with a drink. Customer were buying for the tables, whilst chatting over a pint. Therefore we wanted to go wholesale. We have a snack that is easy to cook, a snack that tastes unreal, and a snack that people can't experience anywhere else!

Here we are... at the beginning of an exciting journey ready to create a whole range of scrumptious croquettes from cheese, to vegan, sweets. Just watch this space...
